ASC Fourth-Year and Reappointment Review Workshop

Candidates/PODS/Staff

Wednesday, January 17, 2024; 2-4pm

Workshop for Candidates, TIU Heads, Regional Dean and Directors, P&T Chairs, PODs, and Staff Members involved in a Fourth-Year or Reappointment Review this Spring. This workshop, led by Shari Speer, Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, will focus on the Interfolio submission process, including changes from the Autumn P&T cycle, and content of core dossiers and other review materials. It will have information relevant for mandatory tenure-track fourth year reviews and mandatory reappointment reviews for clinical/teaching/practice and research faculty.

Tuesday, July 18, 2023; 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Shari Speer, Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, will lead this workshop for TIU chairs/directors, administrative staff, P&T committee chairs, and procedure oversight designees (PODs). The workshop will focus on dossier forms and assembly of the complete dossier for submission to the college. It will have information relevant for tenure-track, clinical/teaching/practice, and research faculty promotion and promotion and tenure reviews. Please plan to send at least one representative from your department. Note that this is NOT appropriate for faculty candidates for promotion as it deals with steps that occur after the core dossier is submitted to the department.
