Thank you for your request for marketing support. Through our marketing and communication efforts, we work across Arts and Sciences to ensure consistent and high-quality representation of the college’s mission and build affinity with alumni, donors, and the community. Our current service menu includes brand management, email marketing, content marketing, social media, digital media services, and marketing and communications strategy. 

Project Completion Process

Some steps in the Project Completion Process may be eliminated or repeated based on the type and complexity of the project. After the project inquiry form is submitted, Arts and Sciences Marketing and Communications team will review your request. All projects will be evaluated and approved based on alignment with college strategic goals and a member of the team will follow up with next steps. If you’re not sure where to start with your project and would like a consultation, please email asccomm@osu.edu and identify the appropriate team members to guide you on the best steps.

Timelines

Timelines for each project are dependent on final, completed content being submitted along with your request. Please have your final, completed content ready before submitting your request.

The Arts and Sciences Marketing and Communications Studio provides digital media services to support student recruitment strategies and promote the college’s value, impact, and purpose. Located at 142 Hagerty Hall, the studio takes a collaborative approach to video production to ensure college departments reach their goals and that digital content aligns with the strategic direction of the college. 

The studio’s service menu focuses on creating digital content that features faculty expertise, highlights the value and impact of our academic programs and centers, shares alumni outcomes, and captures the Arts and Sciences student experience. Planning ahead is always best when it comes to your project. 

Allowing 4-6 weeks for production gives the Arts and Sciences Marketing and Communications team enough time to produce high-quality work and allow for client changes and internal review and approval.
