The Arts and Sciences Program for Advancing Scholarship and Service (PASS) is a first-year academic learning community for ethnically diverse Arts and Sciences students who have a shared interest in the academic, cultural, career and community benefits of leadership development.

Navigating the university, learning about its resources and implementing career and life-long goals can be challenging. The Minority Organization Representing Excellence (MORE) was established as an institutionally recognized student organization with its roots in the PASS program.  MORE is designed for students who have participated in PASS and are interested in building their resumes for undergraduate and postgraduate goals through academic preparation and leadership development.

The Arts and Sciences Buckeye Opportunities for Leadership and Development (BOLD) is a program that provides a network of support and leadership development for first-generation students in the College of Arts and Sciences.

The TransPort Program connects transfer students with resources, academic support and opportunities for mentorship allowing transfer students to foster a connection with college staff, engage with a network of support and leadership development through a transfer student ambassador program and build a community with other transfer students navigating campus.
