To nominate a staff member, you must complete the online application form and submit a letter of nomination as described below, along with up to two letters of support from colleagues who have personal knowledge of and have benefited from the staff member's contributions.
You will upload your letter(s) as (1) PDF file, collated in the order above. Please name your document in the following format:

Remember to replace the

How to Write a Nomination
The nomination should:
- Demonstrate the nominee’s sustained excellence in overall job performance.
- Possible topics include: enhancing visibility for department, center or the college, staff advocacy, contributing to a positive work culture, outreach and community service, etc.
- Describe how the nominee has improved or enhanced work life and services of faculty, staff, students, and/or the university.
- Include up to two letters of support from colleagues who have personal knowledge of and have benefited from the nominee’s contributions.
